Furio BednarzFurio Bednarz

Furio Bednarz is senior researcher and consultant. He has a great expertise in economic and social research, in consultancy on the themes of Training and Employment Policies, training design and evaluation. He has been leader of projects and programs co-financed by European Commission. In the field of social research, he worked on European Vocational training and Education System analysis, particularly focusing during the last decade on methods and tools for recognition and validation of prior learning (he has been member of Platform VA in Switzerland, and of Observal Network at the EU level); he published articles and participated in workshops focused on this theme). He is president of the Swiss Foundation ECAP. He was elected president of the Conferenza della Svizzera italiana per la formazione continua degli adulti in 2010.

Stefano Bianchini

Stefano Bianchini is Professor of East European Politics and History at the University of Bologna, Forlì Campus, he is the director of the two-years Interdisciplinary MA in East European Studies (MIREES a joint diploma of the Universities of Bologna, St. Petersburg, Vytautas Magnus at Kaunas, Corvinus of Budapest) and central coordinator of the «Europe and the Balkans International network». Expert of Balkan issues and particularly on Yugoslavia and its successor states in politics, contemporary history and international relations he published several books and articles in Italian, French, English. He has also been advisor of the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia. He has coordinated research studies on migrations from the Balkans to Italy and a specific research team within a project supported by the 5FP.
